In this educational course, Mr. Chakir Chelbat, Referee Chairman Taekwondo Europe, will cover the WT Competition Rules and the regulation and interpretation of the rules. He will cover the rules for the Field of Play, the Referee Motto, the code of Ethics, the Safeguarding Code and the Medical Code. Also, the hand signals will be discussed in full. This WTE education course for National Referees is an excellent and a very informative platform to prepare the National Referees with a lot of knowledge and tools to help them to be ready for the future WT International Referee course.
